Seminar Terms and Conditions

Organizing company is SE Tylose GmbH & Co. KG, Kasteler Str. 45, 65203 Wiesbaden.

By clicking register, you agree to the seminar terms and conditions.

Upon completion of the registration form, an automated registration confirmation will be sent. The registration confirmation is not a confirmation of participation. The participation is only confirmed after receiving an Confirmation from SE Tylose GmbH & Co. KG and conditional to payment of the participation fee within the payment terms of the invoice. The participation fee is to be paid by wire transfer to SE Tylose GmbH & Co. KG mentioning the invoice number and “Seminar”.

The participation fee includes a dinner on arrival day, lunch and dinner on day 1 of the seminar, lunch on day 2 of the seminar, and seminar documents. The hotel room and breakfast is excluded and paid by the participant.

The number of participants is limited to 35 persons. SE Tylose GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right to exclude registered persons from participation in the seminar without giving reason.

To cancel or change the registration, please send an email to seminarnoSpam@setylose.com. Cancellation is free of charge up to 50 days before the start of the seminar. Cancellation in between 50 days to 15 days before the start of the seminar results in a cancellation fee of 50% of the participation fee. If a cancellation is sent 14 days or less before the seminar, a cancellation fee of 100% of the participation fee is applied. Registrations are company based and a substitute participant from the same company may be nominated to the seminar after receiving confirmation by the organizing company.

Seminar Data Protection:

The personal data of the participant entered in the registration form is stored and processed by SE Tylose GmbH & Co. KG and the seminar cooperation partner companies to provide the service of the seminar to the participant.

The participant understands that photographs and videos are taken by the organizing company during the seminar. The participant consent to image editing of the taken photographs and consent to the publication in print or electronic form by SE Tylose GmbH & Co. KG and by the seminar cooperation partner companies for marketing purpose. This consent is valid until it is revoked in written form.
