Fumio Arai
Following the takeover of Clariant GmbH by Shin-Etsu Chemical (Japan) in 2004 and the renaming of the company to SE Tyose GmbH& Co. KG, Mr. Arai holds the position of Managing Director.
He is also Managing Director of Shin-Etsu PVC (Netherlands), Head of the Organic Chemicals Division of Shin-Etsu Chemical (Japan), and a member of the Executive Board of Shin-Etsu Chemical (Japan).
Mr. Arai has been with Shin-Etsu Chemical since 1981.
